Texas RFP for Statewide Youth Services Network

November 20, 2007 The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (DFPS) released a Request for Proposals (RFP 530-08-0074) from established statewide networks of community-based prevention programs to provide juvenile delinquency prevention services in each DFPS region of the state.
