November 20, 2007 This document lists the names of applicants for a rural health care pilot program promoted by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). The FCC received 81 applications and accepted 69. The projects to develop statewide or regional broadband telehealth networks will be implemented in 42 states and three U.S. territories. The 69 selected applicants demonstrated the overall qualifications consistent with the goals of the Pilot Program to stimulate deployment of the broadband infrastructure necessary to support innovative telehealth and, in particular, telemedicine services.
