February 14, 2005 Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services Preferred Drug List Montana Medicaid will begin to implement the PDL on March 7, 2005. It will be implemented in five phases. Informational "soft edits" will be sent to pharmacies when they dispense non-preferred products and will be in place for at least five weeks prior to the "hard edits".
