June 30, 2005 Annual Report 2005 This annual report summarizes the West Virginia Department of Rehabilitation Services activities and accomplishments occurring in Fiscal Year 2005 (May 31, 2004, to June 30, 2005). It includes demographic information about the persons with disabilities receiving State sponsored services as well as the types of services and a financial snapshot of expenditures for each program. In Fiscal Year 2005, 2,188 individuals with disabilities received vocational rehabilitation services that enabled them to become competitively employed.
