July 1, 2006 Chapter 500: Covered Services, Limitations, and Exclusions, for MR/DD Waiver Services Change LogWest Virginia Mental Retardation and Developmental Disability services will be changed to reflect terms of a new five-year waiver. The changes in the waiver will afford West Virginia Medicaid beneficiaries greater freedom to direct the services performed on their behalf. Beneficiaries will be allotted funding to choose service providers. The changes were adopted on June 27, 2006. Some were effective as of July 1, 2006.
