September 2006 Connecticut Autism Spectrum Disorder Pilot Project The state of Connecticut is conducting a pilot project to provide services to adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The pilot will select 50 individuals who reside in selected counties. Half of those selected will receive services; half will serve as a control group and will not receive services. Individuals will be randomly assigned to groups. The goal of the pilot is to document the pilot program implementation and short-term costs and effects.
