December 15, 2006 Extension of Implementation Date of North Carolina CAP-MR/DD Waiver Changes This memo from the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services  changed the implementation date of CAP-MR/DD Waiver changes. The waiver changes, which were scheduled to start February 1, 2007, have been delayed until April 1, 2007, to give families time to consider any changes that should be made to an individual's care plan so that the plan can be approved under the new guidelines.
