National Quality Forum Endorses Rehospitalization Measure

The National Quality Forum (NQF) has endorsed the PointRight® Pro 30™ rehospitalization measure. This tool gives clients access to two important real-time rates: observed and case-mix adjusted rehospitalization rates for both Medicare and all-payer groups, and compares these with national benchmarks.
