Executive Of Horizon Behavioral Health Steps Down

Felicia Prescott of Horizon Behavioral Health in Lynchburg, Virginia, stepped down from her adult and family services senior director position in January. She joined Horizon in 2008 and served as interim CEO in 2014 following the retirement of Nancy Cottingham. Horizon’s Board of Directors did not announce a replacement.
