New York State Proposed Rule for Joint Regulation Of Integrated Primary & Behavioral Health Care Provider Organizations

This document was released in late December 2014 by the New York Department of Health (DOH) with the Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS). The departments released regulations to allow Medicaid provider organizations participating in the Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program to offer primary care and behavioral health services under a single operating license.
