Ohio's City of Columbus seeks a contractor for the Columbus Public Health's Healthy Start Caring for 2 (CF2) project. Caring for 2 (CF2) is a Federal Healthy Start project funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration to eliminate disparities in perinatal health. The contractor will support the faith based women's health and wellness initiatives in the CF2 project area through the provision of the following services: health screenings and referrals, health education, and the promotion of healthy behaviors and lifestyle changes targeted to all pregnant and interconceptional women . . .
