CMS Releases Report On Quality Measures & Reporting Programs
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) released an assessment of quality measures intended to improve the delivery of health care services. The report, the 2015 National Impact Assessment of Quality Measure Report, is released every three years, and it summarizes key findings from CMS quality measurement efforts and recommends next steps to continually improve upon these efforts. It examines the effectiveness and impact of each measurement and outlines the performance these measures are having on patients.
