Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services IFB DPSCS Q0015010 Seeks Substance Abuse Treatment Services

On January 28, 2015, the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (DPSCS) awarded Phoenix Houses of the Mid-Atlantic, Inc. a contract valued at $25 million to provide substance abuse treatment services in five separate correctional facilities.
