Jewish Child Care Association Names New Chief Executive Officer
The Jewish Child Care Association (JCCA), one of New York’s largest child-welfare non-profits, named Ronald Richter its new chief executive officer. Richter has two decades of experience on behalf of New York City’s children involved with the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. His previous roles include being Judge in the Family Court of the state, Family Services Coordinator for the city, and Administration for Children’s Services (ACS) Deputy Commissioner for Family Court Legal Services.
