Nebraska Division of Children & Family Services Letter To Legislature Supporting Extension Of Nebraska Families Collaborative Lead Agency Contract

This document is a letter dated March 16, 2015 from the Nebraska Division of Children & Family Services (DCFS) the legislature. DCFS recommended that the legislature allow DCFS to extend its child welfare lead agency pilot contract with Nebraska Families Collaborative (NFC). For the pilot project, NFC provides case management, care coordination, preventive services, and out-of-home care in the Eastern Service Area that includes Douglas and Sarpy counties.
