Community Hospice Of Mississippi Acquired By Halcyon Healthcare

Halcyon Healthcare, a portfolio company of Health Evolution Partners (HEP) and parent company to Halcyon Hospice, acquired Community Hospice of Mississippi. Community Hospice has seven locations throughout the state of Mississippi including Tupelo, Batesville, Hattiesburg, Yazoo City, Philadelphia, Clinton, and an inpatient unit, Darlington Oaks. Halcyon provides hospice services at home, inpatient hospice, hospice in facilities, continuous care, and bereavement services. Since its formation in 2010, this is the fifth acquisition completed by Halcyon. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed.
