Microsoft Launches Program To Hire People With Autism

Microsoft launched a pilot program to hire people with autism. Microsoft will hire individuals with autism for full-time positions via Specialisterne, a group dedicated to finding work for those with autism. The effort was announced in a blog post by Mary Ellen Smith, corporate vice president of worldwide operations. In the post, she wrote, “People with autism bring strengths that we need at Microsoft.
