Pathway Health Names New Director Of Home Care & Hospice Services

Pathway Health, a leading post-acute consulting service, interim management and education company, announced that Lisa Abicht-Swensen has been appointed to the position of Director of Home Care and Hospice Services. In this capacity, Ms. Abicht-Swensen will lead Pathway Health's national consulting services practice and capabilities for home care and hospice. She is a past president of the Hospice Minnesota Board of Directors and has served on the National Hospice and Palliative Care Quality Advisory Committee.
