Opinion In Missouri v. St. Louis Effort for AIDS

On April 10, 2015, a federal court ruled that states cannot limit the activities of health insurance navigators or others who help people enroll in health insurance. The ruling was issued by the 8th Circuit Court of Appeals in Missouri v. St. Louis Effort for AIDS, et al.. The state had adopted a law making it illegal for organizations awarded federal health care navigator grants to actually provide health care navigator services.
