Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control Program Report FY 2014

In this report released March 19, 2015, the Departments of Justice and Health (DOJ) and Human Services (HHS) reported that during federal fiscal year (FFY) 2014, their joint Health Care Fraud and Abuse Control (HCFAC) program recovered $3.3 billion from individuals and companies that attempted to defraud federal health programs.
