Nebraska Legislative Bill 107 Of 2014 To Eliminate Integrated Practice Agreements & Provide For Transition-To-Practice Agreements For Nurse Practitioners

On March 5, 2015, Nebraska Governor Ricketts signed Legislative Bill 107 to grant full-practice authority to Nebraska's nurse practitioner workforce. The new measure retires a requirement that nurse practitioners maintain career-long "collaborative agreements" with physicians as a condition of nurse practitioner practice.
