Comparison Of Ohio HB 64 Sub Bill Changes To DODD Executive Budget Proposal For FY 2016 & 2017

On April 14, 2015, the Ohio House of Representatives made changes to the state biennial budget bill provisions affecting the Department of Developmental Disabilities (DODD) budget proposal. Key changes include requiring a study of state plans to close Developmental Centers (DCs) and removing a provision to move DODD to an agency-only approach for Medicaid home and community-based services (HCBS) waiver services.
