On July 1, 2015, Rutgers University Behavioral Health Care (UBHC) will begin managing publicly funded addiction treatment services for the New Jersey Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS) as the state’s interim managing entity (IME) for Medicaid addiction treatment services.
