2015 New Community Health Center Access Point Grant Awards

On May 5, 2015, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced approximately $101 million in funding for 164 new community health center sites across 33 states and two U.S. territories, including the Federated States of Micronesia and Puerto Rico.
