Invacare Names Monaghan As Chairman Of Its Board Of Directors

Invacare Corporation Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Matthew E. Monaghan, has been elected to the company’s board of directors. Elyria-based Invacare also elected Clifford D. Nastas, a director of the Dan T. Moore Company and president of a group of its automotive and advanced materials operating companies, to the board. In addition, Invacare appointed Monaghan as chairman of the board, replacing Dr. C. Martin Harris, who had been serving as interim chairman.
