Training of Child Welfare Agency Supervisors in the Effective Delivery and Management of Federal Independent Living Service for Youth in Foster Care

January 1, 2008 This final report discusses the activities and accomplishments of a federally funded grant designed to develop, implement, evaluate, and disseminate a competency-based training curriculum for public child welfare agency supervisors to insure the effective delivery and management of federal independent living services for youth in foster care.
