2008-2009 Funding to Michigan Mental Health Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans

March 25, 2009 The 2008-2009 capitation rates and formula for Medicaid Prepaid Inpatient Health Plans (PIHPs) were described in an April 2009 report to the Michigan legislature from the Department of Community Health.
