Yesterday, my colleague Monica Oss wrote about the importance of a focused marketing strategy to compete for increasingly scarce financial resources, see Getting On The Marketing Plan Path all members. My current work with non-profit provider organizations paints an unpleasant financial picture – one in four have 30 days or less cash on hand, half can't meet the financial demands of last year, and half feel the same demands will be unmet this year.
