GAO Decision About Contract Structures Used In Medicaid 1115 Demonstration Projects In Florida & Vermont
July 24, 2007 The Government Accountability Office (GAO) identified several issues with the two projects that raised concerns about the consistency of these demonstration projects with federal law. The GAO recommended that Congress reexamine these projects and, where appropriate, either modify the terms of these projects or seek statutory authorization for them to continue in their current form.
