Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations The Ohio Association of County Behavioral Health Authorities gave awards this week to state Sen. Chris Widener, Ohio Mental Health Director Tracy J. Plouck and Attorney General Mike DeWine for their contributions to mental health services and addiction issues. Widener was recognized with the Legislative Excellence award for his knowledge about the community behavioral health system and individuals served by it. Plouck was honored with the Partnering for Quality Award for her "collaboration and partnership" navigating issues confronting mental health agencies at the state and local level.
