Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Local documentary filmmaker Greg Williams was awarded the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery (CCAR) Advocate of the Year Award at the CCAR Annual Meeting held on Wednesday, January 16th, at the CT Behavioral Health Partnership in Rocky Hill. Executive Director Phillip Valentine presented the award to Williams, who has been in long-term recovery from drugs and alcohol for over ten years.
