Circle Connections: New Talent Netsmart Technologies Inc. has named another former Cerner Corp. employee to its executive team with the announcement that Dr. Ian Chuang would move into the role of chief medical officer. Chuang, a former vice president at Cerner also will be senior vice president of health care informatics at Netsmart, a behavioral health care software provider. Chuang joins CEO Mike Valentine in a growing number of Netsmart employees who hail from Cerner, a North Kansas City-based health care technology company. Valentine is Cerner’s former COO.
