Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations The Virginia Garcia Memorial Health Center in Yamhill, Oregon received an $850,000 award Thursday from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), allowing the community health center to move forward with plans to open a new clinic in Newberg, Oregon.
