National Disability Institute Announces Lucia Rios Wins Nationwide Video Contest

Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Lucia Rios, who has spina bifida, won a nationwide video contest sponsored by the National Disability Institute (NDI). She was one of five finalists for NDI's "My American Dream – Voices of Americans With Disabilities" contest. She received the most votes of the five finalists whose videos appeared on the contest website. Rios will receive a $1,000 check, a digital tablet and the opportunity to be mentored as she pursues her dream of writing a book.
