Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations Netsmart announced it has attained ambulatory Complete EHR, 2014 Edition (Meaningful Use Stage 2) certification for its myEvolv™ V 9.0 solution. The announcement comes less than a month after Netsmart’s myAvatar™ CareRecord™ became the first EHR designed specifically for health and human services provider organizations to achieve Stage 2 Meaningful Use certification.
