Circle Connections: Awards & Accreditations A recent $126,000 grant awarded to the Free Clinic of the New River Valley by the Virginia Health Foundation will help the Free Clinic reach low-income mental health patients who have for years sought free care at the Blacksburg Mental Health Association. In the spring, the organization says pro-bono counseling was cut in part because state money was not enough to cover the program.
