Circle Connections: New Talent In order to continue to provide the highest level of holistic care, Seabrook House announced Loretta Mooney, MSW, is their new Director of Clinical Services. Mooney joined Seabrook House as the Director of Quality Assurance in September of 2012, and was appointed to oversee Clinical Services in December.
