Circle Connections: New Talent The St. Clair County CMH Authority (SCCCMH) Board has announced its executive leadership change. Debra Johnson, SCCCMH Deputy Director, accepted the position of Executive Director on November 29, 2012. She began her tenure on January 1, 2013. Ms. Johnson joined SCCCMH in 1988 as a case manager. Prior to her appointment to deputy director in April 2009 she was Associate Director of Operations for eleven years.
