Pennsylvania Names Lokuta Deputy Secretary, Office of Development Programs

Circle Connections: New Talent Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare Acting Secretary Beverly Mackereth announced that Fred Lokuta is now deputy secretary of the Office of Development Programs. Mr. Lokuta has served as acting deputy secretary since November 2012. Before becoming deputy secretary he spent 28 years with the commonwealth and most recently served as the facility director at White Haven Center.
