Circle Connections: New Talent Cassandra Kaufman, MSW, has been appointed deputy director of the Saint Louis Mental Health Board, the agency which administers public funds for behavioral health and children's services in the City of St. Louis. Kaufman comes directly from the United Way of Greater St. Louis, where she served for past 16 years--most recently as vice president of community investment responsible for the United Way's data management/analysis plus the agency reporting system.
