Wisconsin’s Kathleen Eilers Tapped For Old Role As Milwaukee County Mental Health Chief
Circle Connections: New Talent Kathleen Eilers, a former Milwaukee County mental health administrator, has been tapped to assume her former role in the wake of last week's unexpected resignation of county Behavioral Health Administrator Paula Lucey. Eilers will take over as administrator next Monday with the same $137,500-a-year pay that Lucey received, county officials said. Lucey came out of retirement to take the county's top mental health job in January 2011, held the post on an interim basis for 18 months and was given the permanent appointment in September.
