Circle Connections: New Talent The National Association for Home Care & Hospice (NAHC) announced two new staff members working with its affiliate, The National Council on Medicaid Home Care. Michelle Martin, JD is the Policy Director of the Council. Steve Postal, JD takes on the responsibilities of developing and managing the Medicaid Home Care Resource Center.
