Pennsylvania’s Carlisle Regional Medical Center Appoints Rich Newell As CEO
Circle Connections: New Talent Carlisle Regional Medical Center, hit with a series of negative government and independent reports during the last two years, will have a new CEO. The organization based in South Middleton Twp. in Cumberland County announced the resignation of John Kristel late Thursday. He will be replaced by Rich Newell, who has been Carlisle Regional's chief operating officer for three years. According to a news release, Kristel resigned to take a job in the Allentown area as CEO of Good Shepherd Rehabilitation Network. He was CEO at Carlisle Regional since 2009.
