Sharfstein announced the appointment of Dr. Tricia Tomsko Nay as the Executive Director of the Office of Health Care Quality (OHCQ). OHCQ is the licensing and regulatory agency that monitors the quality of care in 14,000 health care facilities and community based programs across Maryland.
