Fern Aaron Zagor Named President & Chief Executive Officer

New Talent Fern Aaron Zagor has been named president and chief executive officer of State Island Mental Health Society. Ms. Zagor was previously executive vice president and chief operating officer at the West Brighton children's mental health services agency.
