Circle Connections: New Talent Mike Hammond, the long-time executive director of the Association of Community Mental Health Centers of Kansas, has announced his resignation effective Nov. 30. Hammond has been with the association the past 13 years – two years as director of public policy and 11 years as executive director. The association represents the 27 community mental health centers in Kansas. Hammond accepted a job with Cenpatico Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of Centene Corporation, one of the nation's largest Medicaid managed care companiesis, as regional vice president for new business.
