New Talent On November 1, 2011, Cherryl Ramirez, MPH, MPA, was named executive director of Association of Oregon Community Mental Health Programs. She has replaced Gina Nikkel, Ph.D. Ms. Ramirez was previously the executive director of the Association of Community Mental Health Authorities of Illinois.
