Circle Connections: New Talent Attorney Mary Scruggs has been named Chief of the Georgia Department of Community Health's (DCH) Healthcare Facility Regulation (HFR) Division. DCH Commissioner Clyde L. Reese III, Esq., made the announcement at the November meeting of the Board of Community Health. Scruggs previously served as a contract attorney for the DCH Office of Legal Services. She joined DCH in 2011, coming to the agency from the Georgia Department of Administrative Services, where she served as an attorney. Scruggs received her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia.
