Michigan’s St. Clair County Community Mental Health Appoints Johnson As New Leader
Circle Connections: New Talent As reported in The Times Herald on December 4, 2012, Debra Johnson has been promoted to executive director of St. Clair County Community Mental Health. Johnson has worked with the agency for more than 24 years, starting as a case worker in 1988. She has served as the organization's deputy director since April 2009. Mike McCartan, who is retiring as executive director at the end of the year after 37 years, praised the selection.
