California’s Imperial County Behavioral Health Services Names Three Deputy Directors

Circle Connections: New Talent Imperial County Behavioral Health Services has named three long-time staff members as its deputy directors. The three include Leticia Plancarte-Garcia, who oversees children and adolescent outpatient services; Cindy Guz, of youth and young adult services; and Francisco Ortiz, deputy director for adult services. Plancarte-Garcia has worked with children and adolescents since joining Behavioral Health in 1991, a press release stated.
